It is the mission of the Searcy Christian Academy Parent Teacher Fellowship to form a relationship between families, faculty, and staff by providing a service of volunteerism and support through prayer, events, and fundraising.
Studies show that strong parental involvement in a child’s education will help that student perform better in their studies. For that reason we encourage parents to be involved. We have a number of different ways in which a parent or grandparent can use their gifts and talents. With the help of our parents we have been able to provide many successful programs.
We provide flexible after school care for enrolled students during the school year. During this time, children receive a snack, have free time for outside play or inside activities, and have the opportunity to work on homework with two of our teachers who stay and facilitate this program.
Time: 3:15-5:30 each afternoon
Weekly Rate: $50/week
Part-time Rate: $15/day
